1Where to check your allotment result
LaganiLabs automatically fetches allotment results from MeroShare and displays them in your Application History. You will also receive a push notification as soon as the result is published by the Share Registrar — usually within 10–15 days after the IPO closes.
2Step 1 — Open Application History
Tap the History tab in the bottom navigation. You will see all your past IPO applications sorted by date. Applications with published allotment results will show either a green "Allotted" badge or a grey "Not Allotted" badge next to the IPO name.
3Step 2 — Tap an application for details
Tap any application row to see:
- Allotment status — Allotted, Not Allotted, or Pending
- Units allotted — how many shares you received (if allotted)
- Issue price — the price per share you paid
- Estimated listing value — a rough estimate based on similar past listings (PRO only)
- Kitta number — your certificate number for the allotted shares
4Step 3 — Check for multiple accounts
If you applied from multiple MeroShare accounts, each account's result will appear as a separate row in Application History. Use the account filter at the top of the History screen to view results by account.
5When are allotment results published?
Allotment results are published by the Share Registrar, not by LaganiLabs. The typical timeline is:
- Day 0 — IPO closes
- Day 7–14 — Share Registrar processes applications
- Day 10–15 — Allotment results published on MeroShare
- Day 15–20 — Shares credited to your demat account
LaganiLabs checks for new results every 30 minutes and notifies you immediately when yours is available.
6Not seeing a result for a closed IPO?
If an IPO closed more than 20 days ago and you still see "Pending" in LaganiLabs, try pulling down to refresh Application History. If the result is still not showing, log into MeroShare directly to check. Results from some smaller Share Registrars can take up to 25 days. If more than 30 days have passed, contact your DP.
