Terms and Conditions

Bulk IPO Result provides tools for IPO result checking, market information, portfolio tracking, IPO application support, price alerts, paper trading, and optional Auto Apply features. Some features require you to sign in with Google and connect your MeroShare account.

The App is a convenience tool only. Information in the App is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for making your own decisions and for independently checking IPO details, prices, portfolio information, applications, and tax obligations.

You are responsible for:

• Using only accounts and information that you are authorized to use.
• Keeping your device, Google account, MeroShare credentials, BOID or demat number, CRN, transaction PIN, and bank information secure.
• Checking that all entered information is accurate before using an IPO-related feature.
• Following the rules and terms that apply to your MeroShare, CDSC, bank, and other connected accounts.

Do not share your credentials with another person through the App. You remain responsible for activity carried out through your connected accounts.

Auto Apply is optional and works only after you choose to enable it for a MeroShare account. By enabling it, you instruct the App to use the schedule, quantity, and linked-bank details you select to attempt eligible IPO applications.

You can edit, disable, or delete Auto Apply in the App. You are responsible for reviewing its settings and for disabling it when you no longer want it used. Once an application has been sent to MeroShare/CDSC, the App may not be able to cancel or change it.

The App may offer optional Pro features. The applicable price, duration, and available payment steps are shown in the App before you request Pro access. Pro access begins only after the payment is successfully verified and may end when the displayed access period ends.

Unless the App clearly says otherwise, Pro access does not renew automatically. For payment or refund questions, contact us at Privacy@laganilabs.com. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or consumer rights that apply by law.

You must not:

• Use the App unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person.
• Attempt to access another person's account or data without permission.
• Interfere with the App, its security, or connected services.
• Use the App to submit false, duplicate, or unauthorized IPO applications.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App except where applicable law permits it.

We may change, update, suspend, or remove features to improve the App, address security issues, or respond to changes in connected services. We do not guarantee that the App, market information, results, notifications, or Auto Apply will always be available, accurate, complete, or error-free.

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. You can delete your account and associated app data from Settings → Delete account or request deletion through the public account-deletion page.

The App's software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when the App or its services change. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
