Auto Apply is one of the most popular LaganiLabs PRO features. Here is a complete step-by-step guide on how to set it up correctly so you never miss an IPO opening again.

Step 1 — Connect your MeroShare account

Go to Settings > MeroShare Accounts and tap "Add Account". Enter your DP ID, username, and password. LaganiLabs uses device-level encryption to store your credentials securely — they are never sent to our servers.

Step 2 — Set your Auto Apply preferences

In Settings > Auto Apply, choose:

- Default bank account for ASBA

- Minimum application units (usually 10 for most investors)

- Maximum per-IPO spending limit (optional safety cap)

Step 3 — Enable notifications

Make sure push notifications are enabled for LaganiLabs in your phone settings. You will receive a confirmation notification every time Auto Apply submits an application on your behalf.

Step 4 — Monitor your applications

All Auto Apply submissions appear in your Application History with timestamp, IPO name, and bank account used.

If you run into issues, check the Troubleshooting section below or post a reply.

This is so helpful, thank you! One question — does Auto Apply work even if my phone is off? Or does the app need to be running in the background?

Great question, Puja. Auto Apply works even when your phone is off because the scheduling happens on our secure backend. The app just needs to have been opened at least once with your MeroShare credentials entered.

I set it up last night following these steps and it worked perfectly for the new IPO that opened today! Got the confirmation notification right at 11 AM. Thank you for this guide.
